Slowly getting back into a routine again and I’m loving this new gym I’m in. What are some qualities in gyms that make you go “THIS is the gym I want to call home”? Happy Monday! After sitting all day, it felt good to do some posterior chain exercises. A fun fact is I typically train pulling and posterior movements (backside of the body- like your back and hamstrings) about twice as much as I do pushing/anterior (front of body) exercises, specifically because we are creatures with too much technology to hunch us over 😂 It’s important to note that you shouldn’t avoid any muscle groups/exercises- you always want to stay balanced in your routine and make sure you hit all muscle groups.
