Жизнь в небольшом отрыве от социума, еще больше показала мне, сколько противоречий вокруг нас, немудрено в этом хаосе потерять себя.  Вот едешь ты, или смотришь TV,  и нам транслируется идеальные образы мужских и женских тел, которые к реальной обычной, полной хлопот жизни, не имеет ничего общего. И тут же, с этого же экрана(билборда) эти же идеальные люди предлагают нам неимоверное разнообразие недорогой вкусной высококалорийной пищи....🍔🥞🍫 И мы конечно начинает гнобить себя: какие мы  безвольные, бесхребетные медузы 🐙и как нам не повезло с генетикой... И никто не задумывается, насколько наши рекламные друзья зачастую недовольны собой, иногда даже в 100500 раз сильнее, чем полненькая тетенька, жующая чебурек. Лишь единицы из них не имеют нарушений пищевого поведения и именно поэтому, без труда остаются в своем весе. Остальные же, большую часть своей жизни посвящают тренировкам, диетам и огромному количеству сессий у психологов. А нужно всего лишь есть по голоду, уважать, принимать себя. I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with thick thighs. Quite the opposite. 😉 But I look at these photos and there are days that go by that I don’t remember how far I’ve come. I forget that the choices that I made that brought me here (to inner and outer health, happiness, family that I treasure and a career that both challenges and fulfills me)... they were seemingly insignificant, but they were the right ones, day after day after day. Easy to do. Easy not to do. I could find a group of people to support me in my negativity, and I could find a group of people to support me in my positivity. But I chose to believe that I had more left in me than just mediocrity - and that belief made the good choices that much easier. Whatever choice you have to make tonight or tomorrow or this weekend, promise me you make the one that honors your potential. You’ll find reasons to, and reasons not to. But someday you’ll be the sum of those decisions - and babe - you have MAGIC left inside of you. 💕

~ käsige Gnocchipfanne mit Würstchen ~ Guten Abend alle miteinander! 🥳 Da es für den Bären und mich heute nur‘n schnödes Salätchen gibt, kommt hier das Rezept für das zweite Mealprep, was es letztens in meiner Story zu sehen gab. - 600 g Gnocchi - 300 g Würstchen - 150 g Zucchini - 120 g Paprika - 20 g Zwiebel - 60 g Tomatenmark - 120 g Mozzarella - Salz/Pfeffer, je 1/2 Tl Paprikapulver (mild und scharf), Curry- und Knoblauchpulver Es ist total simpel. Ich hab nichts mehr gemacht als die Würstchen mit dem Gemüse in etwas Ghee angebraten, bis alles leicht bräunlich war. Danach habe ich die Gnocchi dazu geben und für ca. 6 Minuten mit gebraten. Anschließend kam das Tomatenmark, die Gewürze und ein Schluck Wasser dazu, sodass man eine leicht soßige Konsistenz bekommt. Den Käse habe ich untergerührt und schmelzen lassen. Tada! Grounding kale and wild rice vegan soup. Keeping it extra simple, easy, tasty, and healthy is what we need as mothers of one, two, three or more. All of these criteria are equally important and are meat when making easy and uncomplicated soups like this one. Recipe below: . 1 cup wild tri-color rice 1 cup celery pieces 2 cups shredded cabbage 1 cup tomato paste or marinara souce 2-4 garlic cloves 1 cup green beans 1 cup shredded carrots 1 onion for broth . Instructions: . Bring a big pot of vegetable broth with a whole onion in it to boil. Throw in your veggies. Cook for 20 minutes. Throw in the rinsed wild rice. Cook for anther 20 minutes. In a separate skillet, bring the tomato paste or marinara to boil and soon after add to the soup. Add salt, pepper, and any other spices to taste. Simmer for another 20 minutes. . Serving suggestion: I like to blend this soup and sprinkle it with nutritional yeast.

I don't dislike low carb diets. I just don't like low carb diet myths. If someone said; "restrict carbs, you will probably eat less calories, you will lose weight". Awesome. Feel free to sell your ebook with this summary. If you start talking about how adding extra fat to your diet supercharges your metabolism, turns you into a fat burning furnace and you can eat as many calories of greasy butter coffee and bacon as you want, I am going to disagree with you. "But I burn fat for fuel". Yes, but you also ate extra fat, it doesn't mean you are burning body fat for fuel. "But calories don't matter on low carb diets". Low carb diets have shown faster weight loss in the short term partly due to changes in water and glycogen. Some low carb trials also show faster weight loss but aren't standardised for caloric intake or protein intake. In a meta analysis of tightly controlled metabolic ward trials, carbohydrate restriction wasn't superior to dietary fat restriction for weight loss. "But they are easier to adhere to". For some people, sure. I would rather cut my testicles off with a rusty spoon then go back on low carb diets. Low carb diets are a tool. They are not the only tool and they aren't the best tool for everyone.

HOOOLA 😛 Hoy hemos comido estos Nuggets de soja caseros🌱 y tomate😌. Si os gustan, tenéis la receta abajo para poder hacerlos😄⬇⬇ . 1.Poner la soja en remojo durante 30 minutos o hervirla. En mi caso compré soja texturizada de ese tamaño. . 2.
