~DINNER~ For dinner I made a whole wheat pasta with Salmon, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, fresh basil, dry white wine, salt and white pepper. This was yummmm! 7 syns in total: syn free turkey burgers seasoned with @jdseasonings burger blend topped with Red Leicester (Hex A), served in an M&S ciabatta roll (6.5). My latest obsession. I love Mr. Good bars so this is basically just one broken down. Chocolate and peanuts are perfect together. I cut up the sugar-free mini Hershey's bars into chunks (5 are one serving and only one net gram of carbs) and add them to half a cup of peanuts (2 net grams of carbs). Peanut butter cookies - 4 ingredients only 🧡🍪 ½ cup peanut butter ½ cup maple syrup 1 ¼ cup tigernut flour ¼ cup raisins Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or if unavailable, grease with coconut butter and dust with tigernut flour. In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, and maple syrup. Mix the ingredients together with a spoon until smooth (if your peanut butter is still cold this step could take extra time and effort). Add the tigernut flour to the mixture and continue to stir with spoon until fully combined. Stir in raisins . Scoop about 1.5 tablespoons of dough each, or form equal sized balls of dough using hands and flattening with palms, and place onto the prepared baking sheet leaving 1-2 inches space between each cookie. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Once out of the oven, let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack, or if unavailable, a room-temperature plate. Torta al limone 🍋 (senza burro e uova) Ingredienti: 🔸200 gr di farina integrale 🔸100 gr di farina di farro 🔸200 gr di zucchero di canna 🔸2 cucchiaini di bicarbonato 🔸succo di 1 limone medio 🔸70 ml di olio di semi 🔸200 ml di latte di riso 🔸10 ml di aceto 🔸zucchero a velo per la superficie Procedimento: Scaldate il forno a 180°. In una ciotola capiente versate le due farine setacciate e mescolatele tra loro, aggiungete lo zucchero, e il bicarbonato (che sarà l’agente lievitante con l’aceto, se preferite, usate il lievito). Piano piano aggiungete il succo di un limone, l’olio e gradualmente anche il latte, continuando a mescolare con una frusta a mano, in fine aggiungete l’aceto. Infornate a forno caldo per circa 30 minuti, come sempre fate la prova stecchino.
