MANTEQUILLA MANÍ + COCO! 🤤🤤 Como ya les he dicho, me he vuelto fanática de la mantequilla de maní, siempre amé el maní y desde que descubrí que también podía untarlo en una tostada fue la perdición jaja. Me gusta irlo variando, agregando distintos sabores y en este caso le tocó al coco 🥥! Ingredientes (es todo medio a ojo que lo hago): 🔸250 gr maní 🥜 🔸2 cdas crema de coco (la compré hace un tiempo en una feria de @camino.verde, es totalmente opcional, pueden no ponerle) 🔸coco rallado 🥥 Procedimiento: 1️⃣Primero procesá el maní hasta llegar a que quede bien cremoso. Dependiendo de la potencia de la procesadora que tengas, vas a tener que ir parando y removiendo para ayudarla. Si no tiene mucha potencia tratá de ir parando cada tanto para que no se queme. 2️⃣Una vez que llegues a la mantequilla, agregá la crema de coco y el coco rallado. Yo le voy poniendo de a poco hasta que se ven las hebras de coco en toda la mantequilla. Con la crema tienen que tener cuidado de no pasarse, si se pasan lo único que cambia es que no la van a poder poner en la heladera y la tienen que guardar en la alacena porque se endurece. A mi como me gusta comerla fría le pongo 2 cdas. y queda perfecto. Que tengan un buen comienzo de semana!! Eggs are amazing as is Greek yogurt and almonds just to name a few. . 2) Spread your food throughout the day: If you’re 6”2 and 80Kg like me your metabolism is a literal incinerator and 3500 calories is hard. Make sure you spread your food out and eat healthy smaller snack meals throughout the day so when it comes to the evening you don’t have to cram in 3 bowls of pasta. . 3) TRACK CALORIES: If you’re not tracking calories you don’t know how much you’re getting or what macros (protein, carbs, fats) your are recovering. okay, friends, this week was a crazy one. 😳 between the first full week back at school since December, a 2-hour delay, a field trip scheduling fiasco, Valentine’s Day, and hosting a girl’s weekend, it got overwhelming fast! i hold a lot of stress in my body when this type of busyness happens (i went to the chiropractor twice this week to try to alleviate it 😣). but THIS technique by @benjaminperkus that I learned on a podcast helped me SO much to manage my emotions of overwhelm:⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ in your hands, add one drop each of:⁣⁣ + lavender ⁣⁣ + frankincense ⁣⁣ + stress away⁣⁣ (you could fill a glass dropper bottle with this blend pre-made!)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ technique: ⁣⁣ 1) identify the emotion you’re feeling⁣⁣ 2) locate where you feel that emotion in your body⁣⁣ 3) recognize the negative thought pattern associated with that emotion⁣⁣ 4) deeply breathe in the oils 3 times⁣⁣ 5) notice any changes to your thoughts or body⁣⁣ repeat if needed! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ i challenge you to recognize when you need a quick reset with your emotions and try it! let me know how it goes! ❤️ ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ #oils #youngliving #younglivingessentialoils #yleo #wellness #younglivingeo #myoilyday #healthyliving #essentialrewards #ylstar #oilyteacher #motivationmonday #tipsytuesday #aromareset

An intention I work with a lot and often come back to is ‘let go’. To soften the grip on how things should be and how we want things to be. To let go of the small irritable things that really don’t matter. To catch thoughts and actions that aren’t serving me or anyone and let them go. One of my favourite sayings is to ‘pack light in the mind’. It’s so easy to absorb everything and get bogged down with it all. Pack light !!
