Decline skullcrushers are a great excercise that directly target your triceps with some emphasis on sholders and traps as well. In additon skullcrushers on a decline place more enphasis on your triceps, specifically targetting the lateral tricep head. ~ You want to make sure to keep your range of motion within your elbows and not the entire arm as illustrated. Make sure you are not overloading yourself, it is better to properly execute with proper form then compromise with higher weight. ~ Tag a friend that could use some help with their form!

#tbt to my fave post I’ve ever done! .. .. Both of these pictures are over exaggerated! They are both not me! Not how you would see me normally! For one I would definitely have more clothes on 🤣 anyway one picture I have forced my hips forward to give myself hip dips and the illusion of being bigger then what I am and the other is me pushing my hips back to give myself some shape! None are bad!! But none are me!! What's the point in this post you may say?! Well always remember we can create the way we look by the different ways we position our body! Some days I look in the mirror standing weirdly and think wow I look big there then I turn a different way and think I look good 😳Different angles, lighting, posed can shape us in a way we are not 100%!! Just always remember to love yourself no matter what you look like it's how you feel that will determine you happiness in life! No body is perfect we are all imperfectly perfect 💗

1.17.2019 - BACK DAY! - 1 Arm Lat Pull-In - Aim for RPE 5-6, this a Pre-activation exercise to get the lats firing and help build mind muscle connections through pre-exhaustion. Get a good stretch at the top and squeeze the lats at the bottom by driving elbow down. - Pull-Up - Aim for RPE 7-8, if your unable to complete 6-8 reps with STRICT FORM (look at my form in the video, use a resistance band for help and or use the machine assistance. There should be absolutely no swinging! - Pendlay Row - Aim for RPE 7-8, goal is to minimize leg drive as much as possible and pull with the back in an explosive manner again just the back, with minimal leg drive. And control the weight on the way down. Once it settles repeat. - Machine High Row - Aim for RPE 8, focus on stretch and a good pauses contraction at the peak! I like doing these single arm to allow me to focus on each side individually. - Face Pull - Aim for RPE 8, refer to video for my hand position, and watch how at the peak of the concentric phase I pause for a good contraction. Then at the peak of the eccentric phase the stretch is emphasized. - Supinated EZ Bar Curl - RPE 7 - 8. Had an awesome Leg Day last night. It consisted of me repping out these lunges until I either A) couldn’t walk anymore or B) threw up.👀😅 Usually on Leg Day, I’ll always start with a pre-exhaustion of quads or hammyz and then immediately jump to my heaviest squat or press exercise.
