Let a bitch rise. So much shit has happened these last few months and I faded majority from what I used to love doing. Sharing and relating through my account. I felt like I'd gotten so distracted with all the sudden changed from travelling after thinking I'd never in the last 5 years only to come accross alot of stumbling blocks on arrival. little things that make me happy ☺️ new running nutrition + fav running jacket goes on hella sale + fav snacks! spent a lot of time today feeling weak mentally, emotionally, physically…just went on a nighttime walk through the mission and pondered it and realized how bs that is –– today marks 39 weeks purge free!! i was feeling a lot of anxiety about tomorrow’s long run?? but like why…i’ve done it before & i can do it again & this is something i do bc i love it so there’s no pressure [even if i don’t go the full planned distance.] i’m stronger than i’ve ever been - i’ve been doing my long runs + pretty much all other runs without music, i set alarms starting at like 4:30 am to go run early in the morning when i don’t need to bc i think it builds mental strength, i spend a lot of time mentally preparing myself and seeing what i can do better & i’m better able to conquer my thoughts & i’ve become so much more disciplined than i thought i had in me?? you’re stronger than you know 💪

So yesterday was our family meal, my grandad pays for the whole family (20+ of us) to go for a 2 course meal! I didn't want a starter as I never do but Patrick persuaded me to share a bowl of nachos with him and I then had a huge burger with chips😍it was very difficult and I am pushing through some thoughts today but I did it! I had a few patronising remarks of family (one even clapped I know they mean well but it just felt tedious! However Patrick looked at me and quietly said "well done" he knows how hard that is for me and how comments can either really help or make me feel worse.. I just love the way he handled it 😍 hope you all had a wonderful evening! I'm going to get personal here for *just* a sec 😅. When I saw the post in the second slide on a BPD subreddit, it really hit home - this has been a big problem for me, especially when my mental reserves feel low. In reality, those are the days that I should be reaching out and spending time with friends and family. And my logical mind knows that the easiest way to deal with all the other texts, voicemails, etc. is to just do it (Nike please dont sue me when I become a famous motivational speaker lol). The reality is, there are many reasons for not responding; I compiled this list from other redditor's comments, and I can relate to every one. In my very brief stint in #dbt, I was introduced to the concept of "opposite action". I'm trying to learn more about that skill and put it into practice in my daily life. Давим😂 банан вилкой до пюрешки🍴 2. Добавляем белок или 🥚 3. Добавляем муку, все тщательно перемешиваем🥄 4. Если тесто слишком густое, то добавляем молоко🥛 5. Кладём какао, перемешиваем. 6. Кидаем в кружечку или маленькую емкость соду, уксус, начнётся реакция💨 Теперь добавляем 💧 воды, быстро перемешиваем, выливаем бурлящую смесь в тесто и вмешиваем🌪 7. Тесто станет в пузырьках, поэтому потом, в процессе готовки, оно будет подниматься, а наши панкейки станут пухляшами🥞 8. It is so good to be home! Today I went to church and I realised how much I missed that! I’m in my own bed, resting under strict supervision of my Hunnee who is caring for me so well. My kids are constantly popping their heads in to my room to say hello and I love it. I have had visits from beautiful people and kind words of welcome home from so many. You couldn’t wipe the grin off my face if you tried! Still tired and swollen from the flight but going along so well guys. My bestie comes back tomoro.
